  1. Payment can be made through Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, Direct Bank Transfer, Fast Payment System (FPS), HSBC PayMe.
  2. If you choose to make payment through Direct Bank Transfer, FPS, HSBC PayMe:
    1. Please make payment within 24 hours after the order is confirmed.
    2. Send us Proof of Payment through WhatsApp (6087-3331).
    3. We will confirm with you once the payment is received.
  4. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be scheduled for production. Under normal circumstances, the product will be dispatched within 1 week after payment is confirmed.
  5. All orders will be shipped to addresses in Hong Kong and Macau. A delivery fee of $30 will be charged per order. The delivery fee will be waived for net purchases of HK$500 or above for each order. The aforementioned charges and free delivery are applicable only to domestic standard express services provided by SF Express. We may not be able to accommodate other delivery requests, and additional charges may apply. For delivery to other countries, please contact us directly through WhatsApp (+852 6087-3331)

If payment is not made within 24 hours after the order is submitted, the order will be automatically cancelled without notification. Please note that we do not accept order cancellations once payment is received.

As Jan's Aesthetics of Nature ("JAN") products are hand-made using naturally derived ingredients, the texture may vary slightly between different batches of products. Please note that individual results from JAN's products may vary depending on factors such as skin type, sensitivity, age, medical history, skincare history, as well as how the product is stored and applied.


It is important to be aware that JAN's products are made with naturally derived ingredients, which, in rare cases, may cause skin reactions in susceptible individuals. If you have sensitive skin or are uncertain about your skin's sensitivity, please perform a patch test before using the product. Additionally, if you have any cuts, infections, or other skin conditions, please consult your doctor before using the product.


All JAN products are intended for external use only.


To maintain product quality, store all products in a dark, cool, and dry place. Please note that changes in temperature and humidity can affect the texture of the product.


If you experience any adverse skin reactions, discontinue use immediately and rinse the affected area with cool water. If symptoms persist, please contact your doctor immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to active subscribers.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version will prevail.

By subscribing to our quarterly product subscription service, you agree to be billed automatically on a quarterly basis.

Products included in your subscription will be delivered to the address provided at the time of subscription on a quarterly basis.

You may request a change of delivery address by notifying us at least two weeks before the next scheduled delivery.


To cancel your subscription and avoid being charged for the next quarter, you must notify us of your cancellation at least one month before the next scheduled charge.

Cancellation notifications must be sent via email to contact@janshk.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request."contact@janshk.com，標題為“訂閱取消請求”。

Refunds for charges already processed will not be provided if a cancellation notification is not received within the specified timeframe.

We may contact you regarding your subscription, including renewal reminders and product updates, via email or other contact information provided by you.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our service, you agree to our use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
