Setting up your busy day correctly is important to having a powerful start. When I go to my office first thing in the morning before 8am, I usually put on some music, usually jazz to get my energy going. I also have a flask of home brewed coffee so that I don’t just have music to my ears but also the taste of fresh coffee. The other element which completes my setting is scent and what I use is an uplifting oil by Jan’s Asthestic of Nature. It’s natural ingredients diffuse a scent that is not only pleasing to the nose but it puts you in the right mood. With the right music, coffee and scented oil I am ready to embrace my day.
