1. What matters to you in skin care? I need gentle products that do not make my skin red and hot. I find a lot of big name brands such as L’Oreal are harsh on my face.

2. What do you love about JAN? All the products are so soothing on my skin. And very light, so my skin can breathe. 

After only 3 weeks of using JAN's natural eye serum and eye cream, my eyes look fresher and the smin around my eyes is more elastic, brighter, and looks much fresher than before. The fine lines have reduced as well. I have also tried the Rosandalwood Revitalizing Oil to help with the effect of dry and cold winter air and my skin has thanked me for it. I am absolutely thrilled wiht JAN's skincare products - not only does my skin feel better and I can see an anti-aging effect, but the products have a really nice natural fragrance to them that you cant find in any store-bought product. I can't recommend JAN highly enough.

I loved the personal service and advice, the consultation about my skin really helped to tailor the products to my skin needs . The products I received made my skin feel revived, the facial oil is divine. I’ve always thought oil would give me spots and make my skin to greasy. But with Jan's advice to use it at night, I found my skin has really benefited from it and felt more hydrated but not greasy. I also love the cleanser it’s very gentle, yet really effective at removing all my eye makeup. 

JAN's products have high attention to details and very personable. JAN is made in HK so is fully aware of how our skin is challenged by the indoor weather ie constant air conditioning! Among all the products, I particularly like the champaca hydrosol water - I keep one at home, my office and my gym bag!
